we're on.

Make Community
Real Again.

Not a Discord server. Not a subreddit swarming with bots. Not a group chat that goes on for forty-seven messages and ends with "maybe next week?"

We're talking about real people, showing up to the same place, on the same night, every single week. On purpose.

We're On is a very simple system that makes recurring local gatherings actually happen. You set the number of people you need, and we don't let anyone show up unless the number is met. No more empty fields. No more wasted Tuesday nights.

You already know how this goes.

The empty field.
You drove twenty minutes. You warmed up in the parking lot. The group chat said 'see you there.' Nobody is there.
The empty house.
You cleaned the entire house. You made enough food for twelve people. Two showed up. One of them left early.
The slow fade.
Your weekly thing used to have twelve people. Then eight. Then five. Then one week nobody said anything and the group chat just went quiet.

These moments cost a lot more than a wasted evening. They're the reason you stopped inviting people. And once it's gone, most people just don't try again.

And the thing is, everyone is feeling this. It's not just you.

Loneliness isn't solved online.
It's solved on a Tuesday night.

The fix for loneliness is not another app, another feed, another notification you swipe away. It's showing up to the same place, with the same people, on a regular night, and doing a thing together. In person.

The only hard part is getting enough people to commit. That's the one thing the group chat has never been able to do, and that is exactly what We're On does.

How it works

One text. One reply.
One evening that actually happened.

1
Subscribe to a series.
Find something you'd actually do every week. Subscribe and you're on the roster.
2
Get one text before each event.
Just one. Reply IN to lock your spot. Reply OUT to pass this week. That is the entire interaction.
3
If the number is met, it's on.
Once enough people commit, you get the green light. If not, we stand down. No guessing.

Why this exists

We built this because the last decade turned every casual plan into a group chat of forty-seven messages that ends with "let's figure it out later." Later never comes.

The math was never complicated. A pickleball game needs four people. A rugby match needs fifteen. If you have the number, the thing runs. If you don't, it doesn't.

What was missing was a system that would just say so. Out loud, on time, by text, to the people who actually care. So we made one.

How much does this cost?

Nothing. Everything is free. Seriously.

Everything. Everyone.
No tiers. No gates.

Sign up, join events, subscribe to series, organize your own. All of it. We don't hold anything back.

Pay what you think it's worth

If We're On is getting you off the couch and into something real, chip in what feels right. Five bucks a month, ten, twenty, zero. Every quarter we'll check in. That's it.

Start something weekly.

You already have the idea. You probably already have the people. All you need is a system that makes sure everyone shows up.
