We're On is a free platform for organizing recurring local events. You agree to show up when you say you will, treat people with respect, and accept that events only happen when enough people commit. We reserve the right to remove anyone who makes the platform unsafe.
You must be at least 18 years old to use We're On. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18. You must provide a valid phone number and payment method during signup. The payment method is used as an identity verification mechanism, not for charges (unless you opt into supporter contributions).
You are responsible for all activity on your account. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the platform.
When you reply 'IN' to an event prompt, you are committing to attend. Repeated no-shows affect your reliability score and may result in reduced priority for future events. The organizer has the ability to confirm attendance and manage their series as they see fit.
Organizers are responsible for the events they create. This includes choosing safe, appropriate locations, setting reasonable thresholds, and managing attendance. Organizers have tools to remove members from their series but may not use these tools in a discriminatory manner.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, and unsafe behavior are not tolerated. Reports are reviewed by organizers and our team. Consequences range from warnings to permanent bans. Banned users' payment method fingerprints are blacklisted to prevent re-registration.
We're On is free for all users. If you choose to become a supporter, your monthly contribution is processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time. All features remain available regardless of contribution amount. $0 is a valid contribution.
By using We're On, you consent to receiving SMS messages related to events you subscribe to. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
We're On facilitates coordination for in-person events but does not control or guarantee the safety of any event. Participants attend events at their own risk. etheus Venture Studio LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from event participation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
